We provide project completions and handover services. Electrical verification ensures cabling has been installed healthily, and through measurement clarifies it has been installed to meet design. We would provide certification to this end, complete with analysis.

Fire alarm commissioning ensures all devices function properly, that the panel software is programmed to do what it is specified to, that all cause and effect is robust, and sounder levels are appropriate. For emergency lighting we ensure manufacturers guidance has been met, that required lux levels are present by either calculation or measurement, and that the emergency lights have a relationship with the local lighting circuits.

Regardless of what systems are installed, proper maintenance shall ensure they meet and even exceed their design life time. Regularly spaced Electrical Installation Condition Reporting, Fire Alarm Servicing and proper Emergency Lighting discharge testing proves that as a Responsible Person, you are doing all within your power that your property is safe for ongoing use, for as long as you use it.
